Always learning something about the financial industry or learning new ways to do the job. As corporate strategies change, so change the skills and expertise to execute those strategies. Corporate Social Responsibility seems to be important, there is a dedicated full-time CSR staff and executive level sponsors for CSR activities. Gender equality and LGBTQ+ inclusion also taken very seriously. Plans to permanently implement flexible work options after the pandemic.
Cons
Very demanding job. Work-life balance is a struggle (this is partially a personal issue). Great people to work with but there has been higher than normal turnover lately.
