Pros

After almost 2 years I'm finally not waiting for the other shoe to drop. Working here is exactly how it seems: - Fully remote & global company focused on outcomes vs micromanagement - Compensation is competitive and fair, matched to your location - People are smart, driven, and want to make things work. Learning mindset where mistakes are ok to make as long as you grow from them. - Company has a core product that works and brings value to customers - Company-wide transparency is not only encouraged but the norm - Managers are encouraged to invest in their employees - People team is focused on getting and retaining top talent Also - it's the only place I've ever worked where HR hasn't demanded that employees write Glassdoor reviews!

Cons

- Asynchronous work and online-only communication is not for everyone - It can be hard to get to know peoples' personalities when everyone is remote. More social events would help (online or in-person)

Pros

Unlike other startups, the team here really gives you the autonomy and independence to go solve hard problems. Teams work well together even in an all-remote environment. You also won't find a more transparent culture - from the top down, everyone discusses their work, achievements, and challenges.

Cons

It'd be great to see colleagues in person more often, but I suspect this will improve with COVID situations easing.
