Pros

- Great team including the founders which are experienced entrepreneurs - Open source-oriented and engineering-oriented company's culture - Technically interesting tasks, we're doing what no-one does in the world - High level of ownership since the company still young and small - Fully remote

Cons

- Fast-moving young company maybe not for everyone, you should be able to make good autonomous decisions and not expect that someone solves that for you. - Not a lot of benefits since it's a startup, but they're still some (learning budget)

I joined FPJS at the very beginning and was excited. - Good startup culture and environment - Experienced teammates and ability to switch sub-projects - Clear goals and milestones - Remote friendly

Cons

There was several typical issues with workflow and scalability as every young startup has, but that was fixed in a half a year
