Firaxis does well at supporting employees with whatever they need to do their job well.

Cons

This goes for the entire game industry, but when things take a turn for the worst or if a game launch doesn't sell well you may see layoffs. There have been a lot of changes in management and lead roles lately, time will tell how things work out as a result. Some people who were there 15 to 20 years or more have left or been pushed out.
