The culture is very welcoming, healthy, and supportive. For all the co-workers who've experienced health and other personal crises, I can't recall anybody begrudging them the time needed to deal with things. People are treated like people.

Cons

Pay skews towards the low side and project management is consistently frustrating. The genres and the engine technology don't leave a lot of room for most disciplines to experiment, so it's easy for things to feel stale after a few years.
