Pros

Devotion to the science of behavior, Benefits, Center Based is great for those who want to stay in one place, Home based services are available for those who want to make their own schedule (to a degree... you have more work in the evenings usually especially starting out, as is the case with all service providers who aren't purely center based since this is when kids are not in school), Leadership is INCREDIBLY devoted and skilled. Competitive pay with great benefits of being a highly respected and well established member of the Denver Autism community. Great opportunities to get supervision in many ways (meetings after work, BCBA supervision within work, etc.) Flexibility with scheduling if you choose home based, that flexibility is of course not there if you choose center, hours were 8 to 4(ish... lots of opportunities to communicate were only available after work due to high paced environment middle management was dealing with) when I was there.

Cons

Communication with a growing organization can be difficult and this is the case at Firefly sometimes.
