This is a job that requires tolerance for a high level of stress, especially for rush hours. A lot to do, and a lot of code of conducts to follow. Although, the work environment was made toxic and un-bearable by management. Management position is a tough work, and stress can be received by others as rudenss, but it is no excuse to treat your employees like slaves. I respect your position, but I will not degrade myself to be straight-up insulted by you. Respect is reciprocal. Such a toxic work environment, verbal fights frequently broke out amongst employees

Wasn't properly trained on how to do anything, from prep work to food safety. The manager was never interested in training or helping me with any questions. I was under the impression when hired that I would be a cashier and not handling any food but that was not true. Management never wanted to train me or answer any questions.
