Pros

Strong benefits package Stable company with enjoyable team members Very fair management and compensation based on performance Team gatherings and recongnition (prior to COVID)

Cons

Improved communication - which is typical in all companies. It is better here than my previous companies. Construction industry - it is a different environment than standard office jobs as work revolves around the customers' project deadlines. You get used to it and start to enjoy the fast pace environment.

Solid Engineering team to work with.

Cons

Management treats their employees very poorly and there is definitely some ethical issues. You have to watch your paycheck. There is no true HR to go to with issues, so if you have an issue it rarely gets solved.
