Always being pulled from one job site to help another tech mostly "PM brother" who would only stand there micro-managing ever move you make. Then you are asked why your job sites are falling behind but no higher-ups can remember pulling you from your location to help another tech at theirs. Never knew what job location you were at that day until the absolute last minute. Then it was your fault you weren't at the location on time. Definitely need to be a mind-reader here. Has the worst PM and OM no clue how to effectively or properly manage jobs. They blame their techs for their mistakes when its clear who is really at fault. In the interview I was told they had a high turnover rate. No wonder why... Consider working at McDonald's before here. No seriously!!

Salary is not something a family can live on in 2019.
