The staff and residents in these facilities are usually up beat people to work with. Makes for a fun work day. The facilities are clean from what I’ve seen.

There is no steady schedule. The pay is sub par and not really competitive with what others are paying. The health insurance coverage is expensive and covers very little if you can find a provider that accepts it.
Easy to start with the company on a lower level job

The corporation does not provide support when needed. Corporate level system has no standard procedure. The company doesn't believe in work-life balance. When they don't understand something, they would just ignore you and brush you off.
