Management unsupportive and lazy. Don't hire enough staff so constant mandation and being forced to pick up extra shifts. Next to no teamwork between nursing staff and among departments (nursing staff with housekeeping, laundry, dietary, etc). Absolutely no conflict management. Residents stripped of everything in the name of the pandemic and rarely engaged in activities, so heartbreaking to see the depression and no will to carry on because of the lack of effort. No communication skills among staff/always throwing things on the CNA's last minute which creates additional work for us as well as stresses out the residents.
