      Extensive 8 week training period for new Associate Managers, Good hourly starting pay with overtime and commission up to 8%

      Cons

      Open 7 days a week so those seeking managerial positions must have an open schedule. But with that sacrifice, you gain great pay and benefits!

      Love my job but hate upper management's way of dealing with HR issues

      Absolutely love my Job!! I love having the opportunity to help people everyday. The variety of items that come in daily keeps life interesting.

      Cons

      I have continued HR issues with being bullied. When DM was advised of the situation he simply told the store manager to deal with it and that never happened. I have an associate that tells me daily they hate me and wish I was in jail, or dead or ... Being an assistant I am unable to do anything about it ie write ups etc.
