      Turn over is extremely high due to unreasonable work load and expectations. If performing well you are only expected to beat that performance.

      Upper management found ways to lower the bonus program In Washington the company lined the pockets of the right people to raise the rates of interest on collateral loans putting their customers in further debt Over 50% of the stores have been frauded by the employees for over 100k. Instead of fixing the problem they just keep making things worse. From district managers and up they are clueless of what’s happening. The pay is not adequate. You can work as a McDonald’s manager Work less with less stress and earn more. Like past reviews “everyone is replaceable” is what is preached in cash America. Unlike bigger successful companies that found out its the employees that make the business.
