      Pros

      Good place to work. Managers were awesome. Helped out with all questions and concerns. Training is in depth and detail.

      Cons

      Must be very detail oriented. New situations occur every single day. Gets very hectic at times. When you value an article customers get upset easily.

      Casual dress code. Descent restroom

      Cons

      Manager has her click and if you're not in it you won't survive. Does not show appreciation for going beyond and doing your job well. No sick days. You have to use vacation days if you're sick. Managers and supervisors are bullies if you don't agree with their politics.
