      They only want to pay new managers $19 an hour in the phoenix area which is only a dollar more than assistants. The company also bought pawn1st and the pay between superpawn and pawn1st managers is big. Most pawn1st manager's make 8-20 more than superpawn. Corporate even told pawn1st employee's not to tell superpawn employee's about their pay and if they did they can get written up.
