      Some of the managers they put in charge are not far HR does nothing when there are complaints about management Most managers are not fair to employees under them They do not do raises on the regular basis

      Large company with opportunity for growth and very good hours for being basically a retail store. Fun place to work. Decent benefits

      Cons

      CEO is on the way out and they are cleaning up the bottom line. Many changes have been made to reduce the number of middle & upper management and support positions.

      Exposed to many areas of IT, great for knowledge if you're just beginning into the world of IT

      Cons

      No standard training, you learn from everybody bits and pieces. They give you 2 weeks of "training" but there is no training manual.
