      Like a love and hate relationship, one day is great the other your being pushed for sales .

      Pros

      Employees and most customers are friendly, hours?? Not much to say

      Cons

      Expected to sale over 10 thousand a month, while doing loans, projects, cleaning and organizing warehouse. Low pay and a laughable commission. Can't make 10k on sales, get written up, 3 write ups and your out. Our core values state that we are family, yeah unless you make 10k on sales a month, if not your out.

      Pros

      You get a base pay with commission, and you get PLENTY of opportunities to make sales. Advancement is based upon skill and performance rather than seniority. Benefits for management were comprehensive, surprising for a pawn shop

      Cons

      No benefits for regular sales staff. You need a strong stomach and iron will, as many customer WILL test your patience. If you are uncomfortable around firearms, I would not recommend a position here. Management was expected to work 50+ hours a week.
