Cons
Upper management is terrible. They are unsupportive, overwork you, and then tell you how awful you are. It’s constant talk about how you’re not doing a good job but there is no reward to doing your job. You can go above and beyond and the manager will tell you that you aren’t doing enough. Upper management does not care at all about you. Upper managers are unapproachable. They make it obvious they don’t like someone and are trying to get them to quit or fire them. They pay doesn’t match the work load. You travel constantly. There is no work/home life balance. It’s just go go go with no end in sight. You have to beg to get your vacation or pto time. You have to request a month or more in advance and then it’s questioned why you need it and often turned down for no reason.
