      Fun Friendly never bored tons of potentional to move up decent money when you get into management great bonus set up

      Cons

      long hours open late have to work weekends have to be VERY flexible in schedule no set schedule work some holidays

      Pros

      Not bad work hours, closed Sundays. Clean job. Gives you experience in loans. Some Cashlands do gold buying and do loans on jewelry, that is interensting.

      Cons

      Don't get hired around the holidays, as it's very busy and you won't get properly trained, resulting in you working on your own and begging for assistance.

      Pros

      There are many great things to say about working at CAI. They range from employee input to changes that happen around the company, to a very competant management team, to free covered parking and a free full employee excercise facility in the building...complete with free weithts, bikes, treadmills, a Universal and even showers. CAI also used the latest in system technology.

      Cons

      Probably the only complaint I had about working at Cash America is that the water in the lunchrooms was "tap" water, and not "bottled", or even "filtered". It tasted fine nonetheless.
