      Benefits are available with insurance, PTO and 401k

      Cons

      Supervisors will not allow you to take time off unless you give a months notice. They will not work to provide cover for your store. If you’re ever sick, you are expected to come in anyways. You’re only allowed 2 sick days each year. If you don’t use your vacation time; you lose it and they won’t pay you out. If you resign and attempt to give a 2 week notice; 9 times out of 10; they won’t allow you to finish out your notice and will terminate you instead. Regardless of how much you bend over backwards for them; they’ll screw you in the end.HR isn’t for you; they’ll always side with the supervisor

      Good way to get sales/commission experience, PTO, paid holidays for full time employees, lot of training

      Cons

      hours can be long, management is constantly setting "unreasonably reasonable" expectations, always feel like upper management is breathing down your neck, pay is very low compared to other companies

      None. My experience was negative.

      Cons

      There is no hybrid schedule and even overtime is done at the office. The total time required to work is similar than at a CPA firm with 2,280 hours. There is no overtime pay. There is poor work and life balance. There is a lot of work all the time. Management is very demanding and puts a lot of pressure. They are not reasonable with their staff.
