      You have the ability to impact the business without a lot of micromanaging.

      The incentive system is not very beneficial for the field, specifically the shop manager and assistant manager.

      This company did away with giving store level (none management) employees their yearly raise. You must now exceed in $15,000.00 in sales in order to get a 3% commission or 2.5% if under. If you don't make over $10,000.00 in sales, you get written up

      Pros

      Easy job as most of it is customer service. if you can talke to people and have an average brain then you can do this job.

      Cons

      pay is not so great, benefits plan can use some updates and could be made better for the tellers.
