      Not what it used to be... probably top 100 worst companies to work for

      Pros

      Employees that you hire and work with can make the experience fun and exciting.

      Cons

      Change in direction is always inconsistent. The company used to treat you as family now your a number. They run the company with the motto "I don't care what you have done for me. What can you do for me now." Upper management and middle management will continue to have high turn over with the way they changed the way they manage their front-line employees. FEAR is not the way. 55+ hour work weeks with no appreciation.

      The company has an excellent benefits package. There are also some unique perks including great deals on high demand items.

      Cons

      No accountability at director and above level. Very poor decision making at CEO and executive level that cost several people their livelihood and established relationships.

      It was a nice company to work for no one always over your shoulder

      Sold company to a horrible competitor with no warning which was so wrong to me a dedicated employee of 8 years
