      Pros

      Great company paid vacations every 6 months. Good hourly rate of 15.00hr. 401k with up to 6% company match.

      Cons

      The lack of training makes you prone to make more mistakes that come with a very big price to pay. They hold you accountable for them even if you haven't been properly trained for it.

      Good pay, discount program, availability to run business and control what goes on within own location while adhering to company mandates. Casual dress code

      Cons

      Extremely long hours, often 12+ daily. Work is rewarded but seldom good enough. Loss of vacation and personal time due to shop underperformance.

      Commission incentive, decent starter benefits, environment can be interesting and you really learn the ropes of buying and selling.

      Cons

      Bush league at times, can be overwhelming if you work in impoverished area, a lot of other back end physical and disorganized headaches.
