      The position did allow a lot of space for individual freedom.

      Cons

      Repeatedly told “not to discuss compensation” with other employees. Huge red flag. Looked up pay for similar positions and found out we were being severely underpaid. Asked for a raise, and they finally caved by bumping me up a whole 12 cents an hour…

      Fun, cool job. Get to help people. Deal with new cool items

      Mostly rough clientele. Company honestly does not care at all about their employees from anything beyond the regional manager. Unless you are hourly, they don't care how much you work or how often you get days off. No urgency is given to vacations, some employees lose them regularly.
