      Commissions for all levels are based on the work you put in. Do well and have a great rapor with customers, you will have a good over all pay

      Full time will definitely get your hours Customers are great

      Cons

      Racism Drugs and drinking are a problem with managers on the job You will be left alone with no help during training Your manager will show up 10 to 20 mins late and even though you were on time you won’t get compensation for your time sitting there and waiting They say if you speak up there a no retaliation policy but they don’t care retaliation is a big issue
