      Pros

      Learn great knowledge about jewelry, hard goods and loans. Commission is great if you sell well.

      Cons

      The customers are rude and you get yelled at at least twice a day. It’s a corporation so they don’t care about the employees just how the customers feel. Hours are long and could get extremely boring.

      401k sharing plan HSA is amazing Discounts on merchandise DMs all around great esp regional mgr

      Cons

      Not enough employees at stores with higher volume of customers Not enough security human wise for stores in areas where crime is higher therefore putting employees and customers at risk in case of theft among other things Impossible to get paid vacation days off even with months notice, lots of time worked off the clock which is illegal as well as receiving your paid sick time is virtually impossible. Did not get compensated for PTO or vacation time when I left company after being harassed into coming into work instead of doctors appt. that was very crucial and ended up with me in the emergency room as well as a 4 day hospital stay.
