The owner, Mike Goodwald, is a very smart man and very wise. I enjoyed being a part of his team. I have tons of respect for him, the employees and the company.

I can't say enough great things about working at this company! The environment and culture here are unmatched—supportive, collaborative, and genuinely positive. Leadership is forward-thinking and values its employees, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels appreciated and motivated to do their best. Cons

While there are a lot of changes happening within the company right now, they’re all positive steps toward an even brighter future. That said, it can feel a bit overwhelming at times, but leadership is doing a great job of keeping everyone informed and involved in the process.
