I honestly cannot think of one pro.

Cons

This is 2015, they pay 1990 salaries that match their 1990 sales technologies! No Sales force, sales logix, nothing but paper cards and a file box! What they promise is way different than what you get! the commission structure is so convoluted, you get a couple pennies for every dollar sales you bring them! This is an entry level position, experienced sales consultants don't waste your time!

Pros

Not much to say here. Most of the people I work with are very nice but most seem unhappy with their working conditions. The culture here seems to pit one department against the other but most employees try to overcome this.

Cons

Very nebulous about how their commission structure works with very good reason. Sales territories are supposed to be protected but Sales Manager cherry picks best leads for himself. Very disappointed to say the least.
