      Pros

      Fast paced, never boring, good co-workers, promotes from within so you can rise to whatever level you are capable of as long as you are patient and opportunities arise. Good combination of team work and independence. All the coffee you can drink, and many other benefits. No weekend or holiday work.

      Cons

      Customers can be demanding ( what else is new). Employees are expected to apply themselves, so not a good company for people that need or want to be micro-managed.

      One of the worst choices I ever made was to come here, They should be called last choice coffee services.

      The only good things to say is had good relationships with the customers and they do offer a variety of different coffees.

      Cons

      Where do I begin they have people in position that have no business being there in the first place I also mean managers. The pay is terrible and the reviews for increase are a joke. Wasted a lot of years here of broken promises. Watched a lot of people come and go here including management. HR is supposed to be for the employee but it's not here. You get no appreciation for your job here.
