      Pros

      Great co-workers and great clients. FCB is a financially stong company. Many of their branches are in small towns which I love because you quickly get to know your clients making it easier to build long lasting relationships with them.

      Cons

      It's hard to advance with the company. I've been there almost 3 years and I known of one teller out of around 50 hat I know personally to be promoted to another area of the bank.

      Pros

      A growing company with a strong history. Hard working and loyal staff who are willing to go the extra mile.

      Cons

      Communication to employees on corporate strategy and direction could be better. There is significant change underway that is positive, albeit at a difficult pace.

      Pros

      Great benefits and they always try to promote from within. Upper management is always available. I've been here for 9 years and absolutely love this company. I've met Frank Holding personally and he really cares about his company, the clients and the employees.

      Cons

      Does not have locations all over the US. However, they have expanded significantly in the past three years.
