Fair pay If the supervisor likes you they may put in a good word

Cons

No raises based on performance Management likes to micromanage Continually under surveillance If you use your phone you WILL be fired if seen. The turn over rate is insane, Ive seen 10 lead supervisors fired/moved in 3 years. Very few raises and 0 incentive to do more in any position as they dont do individual pay raises

Good company for those intrested in security field good work environment bonus if you work on holidays you get vacation hours after working for 1+ years

-Solid $20 an hour -Easy job -A lot of walking -You are NOT placed in any unsafe positions -Uniforms provided -Weekly Paycheck

Cons

-A lot of walking -Complete lack of communication between management and officers -working for META means a LOT of additional rules that don’t always make sense -You are not ‘security’ you are access control, people’s safety is not a priority unless META deems it to be
