Pros

The starting pay is good. The work itself can be very easy, it is not physically strenuous.

Cons

Management does not hide that they play favorites whatsoever. They will blatantly change around your schedule for the convenience of their friends. If you are a favorite, this will be the easiest job you've ever had. If you are not a favorite, it is exhausting and degrading. Supervisors fail to communicate with each other and their employees, resulting in a ripple effect of confusion and disorder. The extremely high turnover rate results in very poor training.

Pros

Consistent work at a decent salary for the area. Easy to get hired on.

Cons

Health insurance is not good at all. So much turnover. Understaffed which means a lot of overtime (good and bad). Seems to be favoritism from all levels of management. No pay increases unless you change jobs.

This job allows great pay and the chance to work extreme amount of overtime.

Cons

Rely on your team and reliefs to show up other wise you could be stuck at work for 12 hour shifts even if you have prior plans. Security is #1 when it comes to this job, but when training you are warned of this and if it is something you are not willing to risk maybe the job isn't for you!
