Worked with some great people, when there wasn't a high turnover rate.

Cons

No room at all for advancement, even when promised. Rate of pay is much lower than any competitor. Very poor management at the regional and local levels.

The training given by the company is one of the best compared to other security companies. The pay is good but it all depends on which federal building you will be working in since all the building pay varies.

Cons

This job is not a career! There are really no benefits to this job. The cons, like all security jobs is your schedule. You will be working all kinds of different hours ranging from overnight, mid-day, or early in the morning.
