The management works hard to provide a safe and professional work environment . First Coast has great training staff . They have jobs from entry level S/O and DCJS to PSO positions available.

Cons

The hiring process may seem long at times .

Payment is weekly Boss is a cool guy Coworkers are alright Job duties are easy if your not a moron Paid time off Overtime is great

Cons

Coworkers arent reliable Benefits are not great (in my experience) Shift work is a pain when your relief is constantly late
