I’m in my ninth year of being employed with First Coast. I was here when we had less than 100 officers. There is a core group of people that have persevered through the start ups and growth which has made this a place I want to continue to be a part of.

Cons

We continue to grow quickly. Once we have the right team members in place, we’ll be unstoppable.

I love my job with First Coast Security because everyone seems to share the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. Our shared philosophy helps to create a positive and friendly driven environment. I have continually experienced a genuine spirit of cooperation and common goals all revolving around helping to meet the customer’s needs. I am often impressed and encouraged by the selfless sacrifices and dedication of our team. There is great satisfaction in knowing that everybody is available to assist in accomplishing our team and individual goals.
