Pros
This company offers a 401k, health and dental, and (because of the site that I work at) tuition reimbursement.
Cons
We were told initially that there would be a pay raise for switching to the company when they took over the contract. We in fact lost wages coming to this company. The health and dental together cost me about $600 a month. This increase seems astronomical considering my previous employer cost $160 a month. The managers play favorite all too often and manipulate the other employees as a means to placate them and keep them from leaving. The Virginia base and outlaying DC area feels like it is holding on by a thread, as people keep leaving left and right. The company also opperates on a policy by which they can hold you at your post for an additional 4 hours if the shift after yours has a call out. Telling management that you can not stay thoes 4 hours has resulted in termination.
