From the first interview to present I have always been treated with respect. This is my first civilian job after 14 years in the United States Army, this has been a much smoother transition than expected. I was not able to start for about two months, I was called every week by my supervisor just to make sure my family and I were doing ok. This is not just another security company, this is a family that takes great pride in who they are and what they do! I loved the Army, but I have certainly found a new home with First Coast Security!

Cons

There are negatives with every occupation, but like every experience it is what you make of it. You can sit on your butt and complain and be bitter or create a solution. In my experience, this company is always trying to grow and improve. They are very open to hearing solutions to improve the quality of life for their employees and to provide better service to their customers.
