- Growth! Company is doing well financially. Employees benefit with ESOP and job security - Focused on psychological safety, training/development, agile, diversity & inclusion - Lots of job opportunities

Cons

- Surplus of training, development and opportunity with little financial incentive to stay, particularly for individual contributors. Attrition is putting a huge strain on hiring managers. - Technology (BIS) leadership is problematic with a lack of effective engagement within the organization. Senior leadership openly bad mouths teams and people, causing a divide. - Everyone is busy, but not productive. It's a common complaint to be rushing from back to back meetings, context switching, triple booked, etc... when does value get delivered?

The culture at First Command is top notch. The employees genuinely care about the work they are doing and the military clients that they serve.

Cons

The pay is well below industry standard for many positions at the home office and they are strongly encouraging employees to go into the office at least 2 days a week. Many times people are going into the office, but have no need to be in-person that day.
