Pros

Lots of good people working there

Cons

Management doesn't trust anyone. New senior leadership doesn't understand business and won't listen when employees try to help. IT Management abuses employees, won't support them and puts them in a position to fail. Expectations are inconsistent from one employee to another. Many good employees are looking to leave.

Pros

Been with the company for over 10 years, Seen a lot of changes, some good, some not so good, but this company has made every effort to include employees in major decisions. They offer employee stock and 401K, pay is comparable to market.

Cons

There are those who might find the company not the best fit for them. Some management changes effected how things are done, which cause some to change jobs. This company goes thru a lot of changes and if you don't like changes, this is not a company for you.

Pros

Has a bit of the 'small town' feel - some good folks with good attitudes that allow long term friendships to develop.

Cons

They senior management team is struggling. Since the new CEO was appointed, many managers have been fired (in harsh, unpleasant ways) and replaced with 'newer, cooler, sexier' versions. The problem now is that management doesn't 'match' the company culture or how the company history. This has created a lot of turnover and people turning on each other to survive.
