Pros

Mission is easy to connect with Culture is strong Opportunity ESOP/Retirement benefits are stellar People Wellness program/Onsite gym

Cons

Pockets of the company struggle with change Technology is lacking (but we are making progress) Some leadership drives progress/change - some sit on the sidelines and watch Health care costs are very high Wages and bonuses are below market...for long time associates the value of the ESOP makes up for it Culture of taking care of and encouraging behavior from squeaky wheels (vs soliciting feedback from a large pool)

Pros

The company contributes 15 percent of your salary to the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership) which is yours after you are vested. Not bad

Cons

I really don’t know if the IT management staff wants the department to fail but that is what it appears. Either that is the case or they do not know what they are doing. The department as had a 30 percent turnover rate and for good reason. It is basically unbearable to be there. The pay and health insurance is not all that good.

Pros

Employee stock option (eventually) Supposedly an ESOP company, but employees do not have a voice. There is an ACE committee where people can field complaints, but all complaints are sent to an employee in HR & HR decide how the issues will be handled. (Which also lets HR know who is complaining & copies of complaints are sent to their managers)

Cons

Corrupt executive leadership. Multiple sexual harassment lawsuits. HR turns a blind eye to endless complaints from employees. This company is a sinking ship. RUN. DO NOT INVEST OR BANK with this company. They willingly treat their employees like slaves. I stayed 10 years too long. Leaving this place is like leaving an abusive relationship. You keep thinking they will change and they keep beating you down and robbing you of your confidence and humanity. the doors should be closed on this business.
