Pros

It's easy to pay lip service to "serving those who serve," and as a veteran, I tend to despise cheap attempts to market to the military crowd. However, in my years at FC, I've seen nothing but heartfelt appreciation for, and a deeply rooted desire to support, those in uniform. You can earn a living anywhere, but not every firm will give you a sense of meaning.

Cons

MBA mind rot and the subsequent reliance on "strategy" consultants, as I'm sure is common at almost all firms, sometimes gives the impression that progress is more a game of shifting goal posts and semantics as opposed to marked improvement to our bottom line or efficiency.

Pros

Working at Fiesy Command feels almost like working for a. It for profit company. There is a true sense of a dedicated mission that everyone works towards. Also the fact that the company is employee owned is incredible.

Cons

The executive leaders are a bit rudderless, they often make decisions with a fully fleshed out strategy. They change their minds based on how the winds are blowing that day and have a tendency to shiny-object syndrome. Otherwise the people are great and the work is rewarding.
