Pros

The ability to work a hybrid schedule, retirement program, and campus activities.

Cons

Although I appreciate the hybrid schedule, it would be great to go back to two days.

Pros

Strong mission: Mission is to support the Military's financial life. Hybrid Schedule and nice campus to work at. CEO is making the right strides and keeps employees informed.

Cons

Compensation can be inconsistent for the same role across the company. The focus often shifts quickly, making it feel like we’re moving from one urgent issue to the next. While the benefits improve significantly after 5 years, newer employees may find the initial offerings, such as limited PTO and no immediate retirement benefits, less competitive.
