The people are wonderful. The mission is powerful and worthwhile. Great campus. Employee owned which is awesome.

Cons

Same as a lot of companies right now, there’s a lot of change. Been on an agile transformation journey for a few years but old habits of deadlines, even when not compliance driven are still pushed.

-We coach those who serve in their pursuit of financial security. -Empowers agile teams to work on solutions the way the team wants to go about it. -Managers are encouraged to be servant leaders. They will help build a career path of whatever it is you are interested in. I've seen Desktop support members become Database Admins, some move to Information Security, and Developers become Scrum Masters. -Pro charity. We have fun events where we come together as a company and raise money for the community around us.

Cons

Nothing of note. I mean, I don't like the coffee. But I just bring my own.
