Great company, unfair management.

Pros

Training opportunities are available. A lot of fun company activities. Advancement is available when you exceed company performance reviews. Meet great people. Incentives and benefits available.

Cons

Pay is not great compared to other credit unions. favoritism in the branch. Management speaks wrongly about other employee when not present.

Pros

Your co-workers become like family and most of the time, you feel like you're a part of a team at your branch. Employee events are pretty fun but could be better.

Cons

During my time at FECU, I was insulted on numerous occasions by a manager. When other employees were out of the office, this person would slander their names and throw others under the bus. When we brought this up to higher management, they did not believe us and made us feel guilty about it. The pay is very low considering the skill level and stress on a day-to-day basis. Most employees in upper management are very phony and facetious.

Pros

The location is great. You get to watch the Warner Bros lot from your office.

Cons

Despite all the changes, nothing has changed. Offices are cramped and crowded. Barely any parking for employees, so we have to go park on the street. Pay has not kept up with inflation. Culture is going nowhere.
