Intimidation in meetings when feedback is given

CEO is great. He does let you speak freely.

Cons

We had a meeting recently where VP recorded session and wanted to warn about anonymous feedback that wasn’t positive. Felt like we were all called into the principal’s office to tell on the student who did it. It was very uncomfortable. Not the first time this has happened or the last. Have also given the Lending Ops leader feedback and she is vindictive going forward when you question the processes.

Used to be a company vibrating with excitement and growth.

Cons

I think the company is in some trouble. Since the CEO changed, there hasn’t been much hope for growth. Everyone is scrambling to stay afloat.

Pros

The members and their field of work is the best part of this credit union. Let's face it, it's exciting to work in Hollywood. They offer good pay and are striving to turn the corporate culture around to a more responsive, accountable one.

Cons

Burn out. Upper management expects everyone to give their lives to this job. Corporate culture is still one of "Power" rather than "Service."
