Great people and colleagues. It really feels like a family most of the time.

Cons

Work life balance was non-existent. Many of their employees are spread thin and not provided with proper resources or guidance from leaders.While there are amazing leaders, many lack. Pay is not competitive at all.

Fair pay, excellent benefits, and high employee engagement. Outstanding new CEO with plans to continue leading for many years ahead. Solid financials with $2B+ assets and lots of room to grow.

Cons

The longtime CEO retired in 2016, followed by three CEOs, so there were too many cultural changes. However, things have settled down now.
