Proactive dedicated colleagues that took pride in their work and it showed Competitive pay in line with industry averages I felt Ability to move up and management supported change and growth within the company Approachable management that cares about their team, listened and were reasonable with accommodating “life”

Cons

I had to leave for personal reasons. That is the only con. I would be there still if I had my choice and wouldn’t hesitate to go back in a heartbeat!
