I love First Entertainment because they will notice your strengths and help you move up. They are known for creating new roles and positions often. the CEO is very approachable and will even eat lunch with us "normal folk"

Cons

sometimes the changes throughout the company can be too often which causes confusion and doesn't create stability or structure.

At First Entertainment there are a ton of opportunities to contribute and grow. Lots of training and development and great leaders.

Cons

Like any company, First Entertainment isn’t perfect. There are growing pains and things could move more quickly. However, we are constantly working to be a better organization.
