Pros

The company tries to engage with employees which is nice.

Cons

The management in retail and consumer lending needs training in all aspects of their job entitles. There are regular employees that have more knowledge and contribute more than assistant managers and managers.

Pros

Federal Holidays off; Option to work remotely (depending upon position); Generous health plan; PTO accrual and sell back.

Cons

The high turnover rate disrupts the overall efficiency of the organization. Inconsistency in expectations of employees and organization's purpose/who they serve. Love to use buzz jargon/phrases without grasping their meaning.
