Pros

Few and far between. Office is like a cage, if you like cages.

Cons

Communication is poor. Managers take out their anger on their subordinates. While senior management sits around their office pretending to look busy, riding out their bonuses, and blaming their employees when goals aren't reached. Too much politics. Ego centric leaders at the helm with little to no experience leading people. Leadership is filled with C players who think they are A. Unrealistic metrics couple with insane hours, no work/life balance at all. Please read all warnings here. I wish I did.

Very difficult to advance within the organization, not going well financially, not very "credit union" like atmosphere.

It’s a Credit Union but they are moving away from that model.

Cons

Changes in leadership and staffing at the Credit Union. It seems like we are moving away from our Credit Union values. I've noticed that more people are coming in without credit union experience, which affects how we operate and slow down the process due to lack of program knowledge. Some team members are getting promoted to roles where they don’t have much experience. I think it’s important to consider how these changed impact the service we provide to our members.
